Responsibilities
- Provide armed security services and physical access control
- Protect government property, personnel, and facilities
- Verify credentials, sponsorship, and authorized access
- Control entry points and inspect vehicles, packages, and personal property as authorized
- Conduct interior and exterior roving patrols
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Maintain radio communications with security staff and emergency responders
- Prepare clear written reports of activities, incidents, and irregularities
- Maintain professional military-style bearing and customer service presence
