Art Lead | Senior Casual Artist

Grafit is an art outsourcing studio and online academy for artists. For over 15 years, we have been creating illustrations, concepts, 3D assets, and animations for games, movies, and books. Our team is comprised of over a hundred talented artists and managers. Most of our clients are major international studios, including Blizzard, Riot Games, NCSoft, CD Projekt RED, and others.

We are growing rapidly and expanding our team to better serve our existing clients and continuously join the production of new games.

We are looking for a Senior or Lead 2D Artist with strong experience in casual game art to join our production team. The ideal candidate is confident in working across various types of 2D assets — especially illustrations.

Skills and experience we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in game art or similar projects;
• A strong portfolio featuring casual or midcore stylized illustrations — posters, key art, comics, and other 2D assets;
• Confident skills in composition, color, anatomy, and stylization;
• Ability to work with feedback and deliver polished final artwork;
• (For Lead role) Experience mentoring artists and contributing to visual direction.
