Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineering Lead to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of production AI/ML solutions while guiding engineering teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/ M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or open-source contributions are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML applications.
• Translate business and product requirements into engineering plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Guide model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, and application integration.
• Work with Data Science, Data Engineering, Architecture, and MLOps teams.
• Review code, model quality, performance, and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and support production deployments.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers and establish sound development practices.
• Monitor model performance, reliability, and operational effectiveness.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• 7–10 years of relevant AI/ML or engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Python skills.
• Experience developing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of ML pipelines, model evaluation, APIs, and production deployment.
• Experience guiding engineers or leading AI/ML development initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, or related AI application development.
• Cloud AI infrastructure.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Strong engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
