Summary
Builds and maintains applications on the IBM AS400/iSeries platform using RPG, ILE, and CL — creating and debugging programs, sub-procedures, service programs, and client-facing design documents, with web services/XML/HTML/JavaScript as a bonus. Remote-friendly role in Bengaluru for candidates with 4–9 years' experience.
- Hands on experience in IBM AS400 iSeries platform and RPG programming is a must.
- Experienced in Integrated Language Environment (ILE)
- Experienced in Creating and debugging RPG/CL programs.
- Ability to create Sub-procedures, Subroutines and Service Programs.
- Knowledge of SEU, PDM, DFU and Spool files
- Experienced in iSeries Navigator and Integrated File System (IFS)
- Knowledge of Web Services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript will be added advantage.
- Abilityto handle Client requirement, creating design document and walk them with client.
