ASIC Engineer - QMS PM

Your Impact:
The QMS & Change Management PM is responsible for managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and Change Management processes within a fabless semiconductor operations environment. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations while driving effective change control, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, approve, implement, and monitor changes affecting manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, products, suppliers, and documentation to ensure minimal impact on product quality, reliability, yield, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
Maintain, improve, and ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, specifications, and records.
Ensure compliance with:
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001
JEDEC standard on Change Management
Customer-specific quality requirements
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
Lead audit findings closure and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct Management Review meetings and monitor quality objectives and KPIs.
Support non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Change Management & Change Control
Manage end-to-end Change Management processes including Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
Coordinate Change Control Board (CCB) reviews and approvals.
Ensure all changes are evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented according to established procedures.
Monitor implementation status and verify completion of required actions before change closure.
Recommend mitigation plans and qualification requirements to minimize operational and quality risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Communicate approved changes and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout implementation.
Support customer change notifications and approvals when required.
Continuous Improvement
Drive initiatives to improve QMS effectiveness and change management efficiency.
Analyze quality and process performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and deliver training related to QMS, document control, CAPA, and change management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or Change Management within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing QMS processes, audits, CAPA, document control, and change management activities.
Experience supporting semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly, test, or advanced packaging operations is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading change control boards and performing change impact assessments.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, Quality Management Systems ISO 9001, Change Management, and Audit management and compliance requirements
