ASPHALT PAVING DIVISION- FOREMAN

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations
• Supervise crew members to ensure quality, productivity, and safety
• Communicate with superintendents, plant, and trucking to maintain efficient production
• Ensure proper paving techniques, grades, and mat quality are met
• Enforce safety procedures and jobsite best practices
• Train and mentor crew members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a paving foreman in asphalt operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of paving equipment, techniques, and job sequencing
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage long hours and changing conditions
• Safety-first mindset with a team-oriented attitude
