Assembly Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble PCB components based on production specifications, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform soldering, component mounting, and wiring tasks with precision.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment, such as pick-and-place machines or reflow ovens.
• Inspect assembled PCBs to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean workstation, and adhere to 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Report equipment malfunctions or process issues promptly.
