Position Summary

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, repairing, and preparing industrial equipment and components at our shop in Cleveland, TX. This position supports daily operations by using hand and power tools, following work instructions, and completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Successful candidates should be dependable, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair industrial components and equipment.
• Perform measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, bolting, and insulation work as required.
• Assist with expansion joint and belt assembly, installation, and splicing operations.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, impact guns, plasma cutters, and other shop equipment.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Use measurement tools accurately to ensure quality work.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Accurately record time worked using company systems.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a Safety First attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
