Assistant Clinical Manager, Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
- Drive the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of budgets and quality improvement initiatives that enhance departmental performance
- Optimize staffing levels and scheduling to ensure adequate resources while supporting work-life balance for your team
- Champion the achievement of departmental goals and objectives through collaborative leadership and strategic planning
- Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of accountability and professional excellence
- Develop and refine departmental policies that empower staff and improve operational efficiency
- Support personnel evaluation and professional development, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities
- Serve as a trusted leader during off-shift operations, ensuring continuity of care and team support
SCHEDULE: Full-Time 40 hours per week, there is flexibility in scheduling; however, this role primarily supports off shift operations. Full-Time Benefit Eligible
LOCATION: Henry Ford Providence Southfield
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Two years RN experience.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED:
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan
- BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard
- Certifications appropriate for specific unit.
