As a Assistant Executive Secretary, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Overseeing and managing a team of writer-editors, correspondence analysts, taskings staff and/or administrative professionals who are responsible for the tracking, coordinating, editing, and packaging of all correspondence, Questions for the Record (QFRs), Congressional reports, and internal documents for the ICE Office of the Director. Providing advice and guidance on the preparation of ICE's official responses to Congressional, governmental and public inquiries. Developing new or revised operating procedures, guidance and program changes, and improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of OES's operations Preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, position papers, fact sheets, and letters for numerous high-profile inquires, analyzes issues, performs complete research, and formulates official responses to written and telephonic requests.
