What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture
- Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and vendors while promoting team success
- Ensure consistent food quality, specifications, and execution
- Drive operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through
- Willingness to be hands-on and actively participate in daily operations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Chain restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence
