We are looking for an individual to assist in HRM & HRD related activities in order to ensure the smooth function of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to identify training requirements using stranded tools. Develop training programs based on the identified training requirements. Conduct the training programs.

  • Identify the critical talents in the organization and arrange the talent pipeline.

  • Coordinate with the Training Centre and support the planning and delivery of Team Leader, Checker, Floater, and Packer training programs.

  • Coordinate with the relevant parties to identify specific training requirements and plan and deliver training programs to achieve the required objectives.

  • Drive TL/GL-related HR activities in accordance with MAS guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure that the relevant information is updated in the system.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Diploma or similar qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Business Administration.

  2. Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience (Excluding internship/trainee periods)

  3. Should possess basic knowledge in HR.

  4. Ability to work in fast paced, diverse community.
