Assistant Kitchen Manager - TPI Hospitality
Location: Torge’s Bar & Grill, Fairmont, MN
Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager (Full-Time)
Shift: Full-time, schedule to be confirmed
Pay: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests

The ability to work in a team environment and lead the kitchen staff

Assist in hiring, developing, and inspiring a team to achieve budgeted food cost and labor expectations

Ability to have effective communication and execute expectations

Manages daily, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring efficiency, proper ticket times, and adherence to recipes

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
