The Assistant Learning & Development Manager supports the hotel’s learning and development strategy by coordinating and delivering training programs that enhance Team Member skills, engagement, and career development. This role works closely with department leaders to identify development needs, promote a strong learning culture, and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with Hilton standards and business objectives.

  • Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the hotel.
  • Support the implementation of Hilton brand training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs in collaboration with department leaders.
  • Organize orientation and onboarding programs for new Team Members.
  • Monitor training participation, completion rates, and required learning records.
  • Support Team Member career development and internal growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate leadership and talent development initiatives.
  • Promote Hilton learning platforms and encourage continuous learning across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain training reports, records, and related documentation.
  • Support Team Member engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure all learning and development activities are delivered in line with Hilton standards and hotel objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a similar role; hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with Team Members at all levels.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and facilitating training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to work with digital learning platforms.
  • Passion for Team Member development, continuous learning, and creating an engaging learning culture.
