NewBe an early applicantMonitors Main Bank transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with Indiana Gaming Commission regulations and Indiana Horse Racing Commission regulations, policies and procedures.
- Prepares Pari-mutuel and Sportsbook bankroll’s, sheets and bank reconciliation sheet.
- Balances Main Bank inventories.
- Processes and analyzes Main Bank Transactions and conducts all drop and count procedures for Pari-Mutuel and Sports Wagering operations at the OTB facility.
- Verifies that all Main Bank documentation is prepared properly and in accordance with internal control Standards.
- Complies with Indiana Gaming Commission and Indiana Horse Racing Commission Regulations, approved internal controls, as well as company policies.
- As required works assigned shift in Cage.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to perform assigned duties in highly interruptive conditions and under constant pressure.
- Must be able to compute mathematical totals quickly and accurately.
- Excellent oral. written communication, and guest service skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy of cash and supporting documentation.
- Ability to use good judgment in intense situations.
- Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
- High School Diploma required, College Degree with Financial or Business background preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
