Assistant Manager – Digital Transformation & Business Applications

What You'll Do

• Partner with Department Managers to map end-to-end business processes, identify gaps, and recommend digital transformation initiatives
• Design, develop and maintain internal business applications, including system integrations, APIs and backend services
• Build AI-powered and RPA solutions using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or UiPath
• Lead projects end-to-end — from opportunity identification and solution design through POC, UAT, pilot rollout and go-live support
• Collaborate with Headquarters and regional DX teams to align local initiatives with broader group priorities
• Provide ongoing application support, root cause analysis, documentation and user training

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business application development, automation or digital transformation
• Proven experience leading cross-functional digital transformation or automation projects
• Programming experience in Python, Node.js or PHP
• Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures)
• Experience with REST API integration
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath or similar RPA platforms
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder)
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work independently
