Assistant Manager - Domestic

NFA Background:
Oversee the timely preparation and accuracy of domestic NFA and service order files in
collaboration with relevant departments.

Costing and Analysis:
Develop and maintain monthly costing sheets and reports, providing insights for strategic
decision-making and cost reduction.
Transport Management:
Manage the transport auctioning process and implement vehicle tracking strategies to
optimize logistics operations.
Transporter Invoice Processing:
Process transporter invoices within a 30-day credit limit and conduct regular reconciliations of
account statements.
DTA DSR and Vehicle Tracking:
Maintain daily vehicle movement records and generate tracking reports for the sales team,
ensuring visibility and performance analysis.

 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Work Experience (Range of years):
 3-5 years of experience in domestic logistics or distribution, with expertise in warehouse
management and transportation coordination.
