- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Excel-based tools.
- Analyze insurance business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop automated reports, reconciliations, data validations, and workflow solutions.
- Support insurance operations, reporting, and financial processes through automation and analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for automation projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process control documents.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering
