Role and Responsibilities
Assistant Manager’s full role includes, but not limited to:
- Selling tickets and concessions
- Upselling/Suggestive selling
- Loyalty Membership signup
- Set the standards needed for facility cleanliness
- Open and close building as needed
- Computer savvy
- Can leave offsite for supplies
- Experience with ordering supplies and inventory management
- Experience with crew scheduling
- Learn quickly and take an active role in training/team building
- Leading by example-accepting responsibility as the Manager on duty when the General Manager is absent.
- Exercise company behavior competencies relevant to the role
Assistant Manager reports to:
- Senior Manager
- General Manager
- Director of Operations

Pay: $13.00 - 15.00 per hour
