Job Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with HR stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business requirements into system configurations.
Manage end-to-end system testing, including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployment.
Oversee HR data cleansing, extraction, mapping, validation and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues and manage ongoing HRIS operations.
Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Performance Management.
Develop HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and management decisions.
Prepare SOPs, system documentation and user guides, and conduct training to drive system adoption and self-service usage.
Liaise with implementation partners and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
6–10 years of relevant HR/HRIS experience, with hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end enterprise HR system implementation or rollout. SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred.
Strong functional knowledge of HRIS modules, data migration and HR reporting, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
