Assistant Manager / Manager (Agentic AI)

Project:

• AI-powered customer experience platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• 50% hands-on and 50% management.
• Architect, design, and build multi-turn, stateful agentic LLM applications and integrate them with various systems.
• Own the technical architecture of agentic systems, including model selection, RAG strategy, and infrastructure decisions
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ engineers – planning, code reviews, performance development, and delivery accountability
• Author and maintain technical documentation, architecture records, and engineering standards

Skills Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of AI agentic software development experience with 5 years of software engineering
• Capable of managing and mentoring a team of 5 or more engineers
• Solid understanding of LLM application patterns – RAG, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and prompt optimization
• Technical Skills/stacks: Python (Fastapi, Django), TypeScript/JavaScript (Nestjs), MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, message queues (RabbitMQ/Apache Kafka)

Good to haves:

• Experience with Langfuse (LLM observability and evaluation)
• Experience with LiveKit (real-time voice agents)
• Basic infrastructure knowledge for AI agentic systems – deployment, scaling, monitoring, and cost management
