Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Liaise with event vendors, production teams, and agency partners to manage logistics and on-ground delivery.
- Coordinate marketing requirements for retail branches, including posters, digital screens, and signage updates.
- Manage merchandise and gifting logistics, including inventory and distribution.
- Ensure all physical materials are in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain event and production calendars and support budgeting and invoicing processes.
- Support internal approvals for campaigns and events with legal, compliance, and business units.
