Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager is a key supervisory role responsible for ensuring station operations comply with company technical and service standards. The AM shares accountability for staff and customer safety, equipment management, scheduling, financial transactions, and overall staff management.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Fills in as the Station Manager in their absence, including monitoring ticket gate activity, vehicle flow to ensure efficient throughput and program compliance, effective communication with HQ, DM, and other necessary personnel.

- Serves as the primary witness for disciplinary actions.

- Regularly monitors equipment safety and functionality to prevent downtime; coordinates facility maintenance and janitorial upkeep.

- Performs accurate cash-outs and cash-drops according to established procedures.

- Provides general program information to motorists and ensures professional relations between the company, employees, and the community.

- Conducts employee training as needed and provides operational assistance to other stations within the district to ensure network success.

- Provides assistance to other stations within the district as needed to ensure the success of the broader network operations.

- Other duties as assigned by management team.
