PMO – Process & Data Analyst
Job Summary
The PMO – Process & Data Analyst supports project governance, process improvement initiatives, and data driven decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for project tracking, stakeholder coordination, process analysis, performance reporting, dashboard development, and continuous improvement activities to drive operational excellence and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data.
• Document and analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support project planning, tracking, governance, and status reporting.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Analyze and document business processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and process documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and support business transformation initiatives. • Develop KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and insights to stakeholders.
• Support leadership with performance reporting and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications • bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
Required Skills - PMO: Project Governance, RAID Management, Project Reporting, Stakeholder Management. Process: Process Mapping, SOP Documentation, Root Cause Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, SIPOC, RACI. Analytics: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, KPI Reporting, Data Visualization, SQL (Preferred). Tools: Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Planner/Project. AI & Digital Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot & Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, report generation, process documentation.
