Assistant Manager-Quality-Automated Testing

• Test internally developed UI and SharePoint applications for defined data points.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify bugs or gaps, and work with the technology team to get them fixed.
• Validate accuracy and completeness of data across systems.
• Raise awareness of defects or process gaps and coordinate resolution with the PO and technology team.
• Document and communicate findings from testing phases.
• Review and update walkthrough guides and SOPs from a data validation perspective.
• Assist in preparing audit evidence related to data accuracy and validation.

Develop and manage small automated testing projects. Ensure adherence to testing standards. Develop and deliver training sessions. Provide feedback to junior team members.

Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in automated testing or software quality assurance.
