Structured Product Issuance & Execution
- Support the structuring and issuance of structured products across FX, rates, credit, and equity-linked solutions.
- Assist in preparing indicative pricing, product term sheets, payoff descriptions, scenario analysis, and internal approval documentation.
- Coordinate with Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution and booking of transactions.
- Support internal projects related to process improvement or system enhancements.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Monitor issued products throughout their lifecycle, including fixing, observation, settlement, and maturity events.
- Assist in resolving post-trade issues by coordinating with Operations, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support periodic product reviews and ongoing product maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in financial markets, treasury, risk, product, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome).
- Good understanding and strong interest of financial instruments such as FX, bonds, options, or structured notes.
- Willingness to learn complex products and market concepts.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in VBA and Python to design bespoke, multi-asset class solutions that drive our product innovation.
