Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

Overview Own and govern warehouse & logistics master data across SAP TM, BY TMS, and T-MON platforms to ensure accurate planning, execution, freight settlement, carrier management, transportation visibility, and reporting. The role drives data quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement through effective master data governance and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Create and maintain transportation & warehouse related master data objects. Support mass data updates, migrations, and data cleansing activities. Perform periodic master data validation and audits Ensure MDM consistency, supporting key metrics like First Time Right, On time %, SLA % Data consistency between SAP TM, Blue Yonder, T-MON & carrier Systems Partner with Business teams in Transportation, Warehouse, Global Process Owners, IT etc. Qualifications Functional: SAP TM, BY TMS, Transportation Planning, Carrier Management, Warehouse Ops. Technical: SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, EDI, SQL & Power BI [preferred], Excel 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a multi-national environment with Master data A proven ability to achieve deadline and balance priorities Excellent communication skill Excellent attention to detail and ‘right first time’ approach to work Logical and analytical with a track record of creating innovative solution: Power Apps Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively across functions and to all levels of the business Ability to multitask and operate in a high paced environment Team player / excellent interpersonal skills Process mapping Curiosity for learning & Customer focused
