Assistant Manager

What you'll do

• Organization and management of the section according to daily needs.
• Ensure the quality and correct condition of the center and the existence of the necessary resources.
• Ensure the correct implementation of promotions, offers, and actions, as well as their impact analysis.
• Organization and planning of the personnel team according to needs.
• Control, review, and analysis of shrinkage in the various sections.
• Ensure the existence of assortment and its correct implementation in store.
• Manage the relationship and customer service for the center's clients.

What we're looking for

• Approachability, humility, predisposition, and motivation.
• More than 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing a food retail area comprehensively.
• Valid driver's license.

• Contract: Permanent.
• Working day: 40h per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday split shift, alternating Saturday mornings.
