Description
- Working knowledge of cash allocation or debt management or both
- Ability to perform tasks per Standard Process DTPs. and ensure meet process SLA’s.
- Have basic accounting knowledge or knowledge of accounts receivable as a process.
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) and analytical skill
- Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
- AR accountabilities –cash allocation, query management, research on unallocated and bank reconciliations, preparation and issuance of Statement of Accounts etc.
- Accurately applying incoming payments to specific invoices within 24 – 48 hours of receipt.
- Investigating unidentified payments and ensuring unallocated cash is kept at minimum.
- Responsible for Broker Relationship Management along with dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments, commission, or debt.
- Should be able to work on strict deadlines to manage client expectations.
- Work with Manager to manage escalation, prepare RCA and its documentation.
- B. Com pass or B. Com Hons graduate/Any Finance Graduate
