Pay Rate: starting at $22.00 per hour depending on education and experience.
About Us
Guardian Angels Catholic Preschool is a faith-based early childhood education program serving children ages 2 through Kindergarten. Our preschool provides learning experiences in both English and Spanish, helping children develop language skills while fostering an appreciation for different cultures. We focus on nurturing the whole child through academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development. We value strong relationships with families, hands-on learning, faith formation, and opportunities for children to explore and appreciate God's creation.
Assistant Preschool Director Responsibilities
- The Assistant Preschool Director will work alongside the Preschool Director to support daily operations, staff supervision, classroom coverage, curriculum implementation, parent communication, enrollment activities, and licensing compliance.
- The individual should be comfortable assisting in classrooms, mentoring staff, and supporting the daily needs of the preschool.
Hours
- Applicants must have open availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Actual work hours and scheduled shifts will vary based on the operational needs of the preschool.
- Employees should be available for rotating opening, mid-day, and closing shifts as assigned. Schedules will be communicated in accordance with applicable employment laws and diocesan policies.
- Additional hours and full-time employment are not guaranteed and will depend on enrollment, staffing requirements, and approved funding.
