Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment to manufacture silver paste, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production.
- Perform routine quality inspections, analyze production data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.
- Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Support manufacturing improvements, new product introduction (NPI), production line transfers, and provide technical support to R&D and global customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ISO quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Must Have
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities.
- Customer-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
