Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities to deliver construction projects on time and with high quality standards
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to set guidelines and provide expert supervision to the project team
- Plan, forecast, and monitor subcontractors’ work progress by providing weekly schedules and conducting daily coordination meetings to meet project timelines
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Coordinate logistics and manage daily operational needs to ensure smooth site execution
- Oversee quality control processes and enforce health and safety standards on site
- Comply with workplace safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on Singapore residential or commercial building projects is an advantage
