Assistant Senior Stage Manager

Job responsibilities:

* Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.

* Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.

* Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.

* Monitor performers’ attendance, performance quality, and work progress.

* Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.

* Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.

* Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.

* Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.

* Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
