What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Head Teacher to create a classroom environment where every child feels safe, seen, and supported
- Help bring curriculum to life through thoughtful, individualized instruction that meets each child’s individual needs
- Use positive guidance techniques that build children’s confidence and create a calm, structured environment
- Observe and document children’s growth weekly
- Collaborate with specialists and support staff to address children’s individual needs
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through communication, home visits, and engagement events
- Maintain a beautiful, organized classroom that reflects TEAM’s commitment to safety and innovation
- Actively participate in professional development, staff meetings, and agency events
