We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Working within a dedicated team to provide advisory, placement and client servicing to new and existing Multinational clients, you will focus on building strong relationships with a broad spectrum of clients for a market-leading, global organization. You will gain valuable experience and exposure of working with international clients and colleagues from around the globe.

Whilst continuing to develop and enhance existing skills at client service and broking within the Multinational segment, you will also get access to colleague resource groups across the globe that provides mentorship and development opportunities to help you build a sense of connection and community throughout your career.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver prompt and accurate processing of clients’ insurance requests and ensure client servicing overall
  • Work with Marsh’s global network of offices
  • Responsible for a portfolio of accounts ranging from standalone statutory insurances in Singapore up to large complex risks
  • Account servicing includes but not limited to client calls/meetings, pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation, training support.
  • Actively work to develop and expand own portfolio of clients
  • Digital tools implementation and adoption with our clients. Partner closely with internal teams to support with both internal team and external clients’ adoption of Marsh systems and tools.
  • Implement action plans, monitor progress, ensure service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience within the general insurance industry.
  • Relevant experience in Property and Casualty insurance preferred.
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage
  • Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
