Title - Data Analytics Lead
Location - Bangalore
- Lead data analytics initiatives to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Drive stakeholder and client engagement through regular reviews, insights presentations, and status updates.
- Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple analytics projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Present complex analytical findings to leadership in a clear and business-friendly manner.
- Mentor and guide analytics team members while promoting best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and project execution.
