Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Marketing to lead the overall brand marketing strategy and drive brand growth for the hospitality organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall brand marketing strategy across the hotel portfolio.

- Drive brand positioning, identity, communication, and visibility.

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, content, and offline channels.

- Develop innovative initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and brand presence.

- Manage brand partnerships, creative agencies, media partners, and marketing budgets.

- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.

- Ensure consistent brand communication and experience across all properties.

Candidate Profile:

- Must have strong experience in the Hotel / Hospitality industry.

- Proven experience in Brand Marketing and Brand Strategy, preferably within a hotel group or multi-property environment.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, communications, and integrated campaigns.

- Experience managing agencies, teams, and marketing budgets.

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Candidates with experience handling multiple hotel brands / properties will be preferred.
