Job Summary

  • Supports the People Operations function in delivering efficient, technology-enabled, and customer-centric HR services. Balance day-to-day HR operational support with driving digital transformation initiatives across HR through the application of automation, AI, and process improvement solutions.

  • Perform HR IT Support Coordinator role and provide frontline technical support for HR systems and tools.

  • Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition Experience teams in providing Onboarding Logistics

  • Support and Employee Life Cycle Management to ensure effective delivery of HR services.


What You Do?

HRIS and System Supports (50%)

  • Drive HR automation, digitisation, and process transformation initiatives.

  • Assist to design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions via AI tools

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and optimise operational workflows through automation and intelligent process design.

  • Collaborate with Group HR, IT, and Operational Excellence teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT teams on smooth operation of HR technology to support HR service delivery.

  • Support HR data analytics, reporting, and insights generation to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.

  • Provide training and support to HR and business users on HRIS functionalities

People services (50%)

  • Support the delivery of end-to-end HR operational processes, including:

    • Talent Acquisition Operations

    • Employee lifecycle administration

    • People Services

    • Learning Operations

  • Review and streamline HR operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.

  • Prepare management information, operational reports, and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to continuously improve employee and manager experience.

  • Support the development, maintenance, and documentation of HR standard operating procedures and controls.

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


Who You Are?

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in a shared service and HRIS environment

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, MRC, etc.), Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, RPA, etc

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, and mindset

  • A team player with a customer-centric approach, who is proactive, adaptable, and resilient
