We are looking for person with real world experience in developing applications and managing digital transformation initiatives with must to have experience in Mortgage Platform.

  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital mortgage solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI prompt engineering, to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards in all technology initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful project execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of MashreqBank's technology vision and strategy.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on retail technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a solid foundation in software development and architecture.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience in leading and managing large, diverse technology teams, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital mortgage implementation processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in AI prompt engineering, with the ability to develop and implement AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
