Summary

Processes insurance policy endorsements and organizes claimant records for auto and home insurance policies, ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards.

Review and organize records received from claimants by thoroughly examining incoming records to determine their content and relevance, and then segregating them into designated categories such as medical, non-medical, and bill to ensure accurate and efficient

Accurately process endorsement requests for auto and home insurance policies including policy modifications coverage additions and other adjustments as requested by policyholders or agents
Review existing policies to ensure that requested endorsement comply with underwriting guidelines and company policies
Verify all necessary information before processing changes
Maintain data integrity and accuracy
Ensure that all endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirement and company standards including adherence to state specific insurance laws
Identify and resolve any discrepancy or issues that arise during endorsement process
Stay updated on changes in company policies procedure and industry regulation related to auto and home insurance endorsements

Qualification	Bachelor’s degree
Technical Skills	Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Analytical Skills	Able to make decisions following the process guidelines Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Process Specific Skills	Good knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance domain is preferred
Soft Skills (Minimum)	Good communication skills (written & verbal- CEF B1-5) Good comprehension skills
