Associate Attorney

Purpose
The Associate Attorney will handle matters related to foreclosures in GA, primarily focusing on document and file review in a high volume and fast paced environment. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate aspects of the foreclosure process. This is a part-time remote position – great opportunity for someone looking to take a step back and work reduced hours.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Review loan and foreclosure documents
Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters
Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and to Clients
Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
0-2 Years
Member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
