The Billing Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing of client services. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders (operations, sales, finance) to validate billing data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain billing integrity across systems.

Generate and process invoices in accordance with client contracts and SLAs

Ensure timely billing cycles (weekly/monthly) are completed without delays

Handle adjustments, credits, and rebilling activities

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

2–5 years of experience in Billing Operations / Order-to-Cash (O2C)
