Associate Buyer - Costa Rica

Qualifications:

Core functional/technical skills necessary to be successful in this role include:

• Multi tasking & prioritization; operational excellence; relationship management; attention to detail; troubleshooting; systems thinking
• Additional functional/technical skills required include:
• Data analysis; business insight Customer service skills Utilizes resources to complete tasks; tracks own efficiency using reports and tools Basic familiarity with basic understanding of Supply/Demand
• Basic ability to understand and manipulate data from a variety of sources Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills required Accurately keeps track of details and deliverables This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight
• The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times, and there may also be opportunities for limited domestic/international travel
