Manager – Portfolio Analytics

Cross Sell and upsell Analytics (must have) model development like XG Boost
Portfolio Spends Growth – Targeting basis segments/persona, merchants, campaign recommendation to drive cross border.
Driving card Activation to increase spends & engagement
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Product, Operations, Portfolio teams etc.
Presenting model results to management/ senior stakeholders
strong project management, pipeline planning as well as documentation

Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Data sciences with 3+ years of experience in Cross Sell analytics/ Portfolio analysts
BFSI/ Credit Cards analytics exposure is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Python/SAS, SQL, Model development skillset is mandatory.
