Job Summary
You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality while supervising and guiding junior doctors and healthcare professionals in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and high-quality patient care through active clinical practice in your specialty
- Lead and supervise junior doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure clinical standards and professional development
- Apply specialist knowledge and skills to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement in healthcare delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
- Maintain Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board
- Possess relevant specialty experience and complete specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board
