Summary
Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets deals by building financial models, drafting pitch materials, and coordinating due diligence for clients in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support origination and execution of M&A, DCM, and ECM transactions
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, marketing and valuation decks
- Build complex financial models for valuation and analysis
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research
- Participate in transaction due diligence and data room management
- Liaise with clients and support senior bankers on client mandates
- Prepare client presentations and handle deal execution administrative tasks
- Supervise and manage interns as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (including high-level internships)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Financial modeling and valuation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- M&A transaction experience is an advantage
