Associate Director - Origination.CIBG - Investment Banking.Corporate & Investment Banking Group

The role encompasses originating and executing Investment Banking transactions. This will involve:

• Originate and structure Investment Banking capital-raising solutions for corporate clients.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders’ engagements, including approvals.
• Establish, coordinate, and lead origination strategies for specific sectors across all Investment Banking products and regional markets.
• Maintain engagement with large corporate clients, government entities, other banks, external lawyers, project managers, consultants/advisors, etc.
• Close coordination with various stakeholders (including relationship, operations, Sharia team, and others in the documentation and disbursement of various transactions (including the ability to work with legal counsel independently)
• Support the syndication team in setting up the narrative for distributing risk to potential investors.
