Associate Engineering Manager - Consumer Wealth Domain

Satispay S.p.A. is seeking an Associate Engineering Manager for the Consumer Wealth domain. You will lead a squad of 3-5 engineers, drive delivery, and grow your team through mentorship and performance feedback.

You will partner with Product, Design, and other Engineering Managers to align on priorities and define shared standards, while translating business goals into a practical technical roadmap for ambitious fintech projects.

Lead and grow a Consumer-oriented team of 3-5 engineers and maintain high morale. Translate product goals into a clear technical roadmap and deliverables. Collaborate with Product, Design, and other managers to align priorities. Partner with senior engineers on architecture decisions and health of the tech stack. Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership in business terms. Seasoned engineering leader with experience running backend squads in fast-paced, product-driven settings. Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct regular feedback and performance reviews. Strong background in distributed systems, API design, and scalable services. Experience with Agile methodologies and measuring team velocity and quality. Excellent written and spoken English for cross-functional collaboration.
