Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Legato team as an Associate - Finance Operations. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the BPO team to be responsible for the execution of timely and accurate processing of financials for assigned Clients, to consistently exceed the expectations of the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile business bank accounts.
• Enter and process daily payment receipts.
• Manage the client mailbox.
• Process fortnightly payroll.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Handle compliance requirements (PAYG / STP lodgments & Super)
• Computation of other tax liabilities such as GST and payroll tax.
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
• Produce financial reports and perform account data analysis.
• Support in new client onboardings and trainings.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Finance or Financial accounting.
• Possesses a professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA or ICASL.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Australian Accounting.
• Proficient in using the XERO and MYOB and other related software.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Flexibility of working within the Australian time zone (5.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.)
