Job Responsibilities
- Collect invoices and supporting documents from internal teams and vendors.
- Verify completeness of documents before submission for processing.
- Maintain daily logs for collected, pending, and returned invoices.
- Coordinate with SBU teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps.
- Assist in scanning, indexing, and routing invoices to relevant processing teams.
